I know I know, it's been a long time. The computer's been packed away for over a month, and I decided it was time to bust it out again, I have missed it.
House update since everyone is asking:
We are moving to Lehi, into a house we were supposed to close on two weeks ago, then that fell through, and we were set to close again on that same house yesterday, and again, there were issues (none of which are
our problems), and NOW the actual, legitimate move-in date is Nov. 27th. It's a long, complicated story and we are beyond frustrated, so I'm not going to get into it. But the good news is that things are in order, and things are looking solid this time. I refuse to be homeless any longer!
So, I've got a lot of pictures and adventures to catch up on, so I'll tackle this a post at at a time =)
This fall:
Auntie Val gave Carter a little violin lesson. And they happened to be matching ;)
The canyon gets me every autumn. My favorite time to be in Utah!
Vivint had a backend party and Carter had a blast
Arizona:
We made a little trip down to Arizona to visit some of Aaron's family.
Aunt Carol & Uncle John
"Papa" Dave and Grandma Susan at the train park
DISNEYLAND!!
We spent a day at California Adventure and the next day at Disneyland, Carter's first time.
Bug's Land... and one of my favorite pictures ever!
Woody ears.. it was a must ;)
I think one of Carter's favorite things was seeing the characters. He LOVED this Goofy
My cousin Kim lives down in SoCal so she brought her kiddos over so we could play together at Disney!
The Jungle ride... Carter liked this one, but Pirates was definitely one of his favorites
Winnie the Pooh!
Dumbo... they were a little bummed they got stuck with the pink one haha
Carter LOVED the Buzz Lightyear ride! I think Aaron loved it too, being able to shoot things..
The Nemo submarine.
Lego Hulk at Lego Land!
After Disney, we met up with Aaron's cousin and we checked out a little train ride at the pumpkin patch
Check out this ginormous pumpkin! Aaron's cousin decided he wanted to grow a huge pumpkin this year in his backyard, and got this sucker to reach over 300 pounds!
My poor baby will hate me for this one day. But the poor kid had an "accident"- blowout on the road trip home to Utah. Let's just say it was a disaster in his car seat, I had to throw away his clothes, and then had no other clothes handy to put him in, so I wrapped him up in my sweater. He was not happy, and it was pretty heartbreaking. BUT it will make for a funny story one day =)
To be continued.....
